Relationships are full of both joy and pain and you are sure to encounter a few problems during the course of a marriage or relationship. This method involves two steps - let's go over them so you can get to it.

Step #1

This method works because it lets you find out exactly who your spouse has been talking to and communicating with. In this first step you will need to be a little bit "sneaky", but don't worry - it's nothing difficult.

You will need to find about 15 minutes when you can look at your spouse's cell phone without them being around. Obviously choose your time wisely as you don't want to worry about having them walk in on you.

When you do manage to get a hold of their cell phone, you will want to write out every phone number that you see listed in their call history lists. Cell phones will usually have a list for both incoming and outgoing calls so make sure to look for both of these.

Look over the call history lists and make sure that you have written down every number that is listed. Once this is finished you can put the phone back and go to the next step.

Step #2

Now you have a list of phone numbers that your spouse has been talking to - it's time to find out exactly who owns each of these numbers.

It's pretty surprising how much you can learn about someone when all you have is their phone number. You can get their name, address and even detailed background information.

There are businesses that specialize in obtaining phone records for all phone number (including cell phones and unlisted numbers). These companies put together databases that hold information on every phone number. People can then search through these databases if they need to "investigate" a certain phone number.

This is a search that can be entirely done online. It's called a reverse phone lookup - all you do is punch in the phone number and then the full details on who owns the phone is instantly displayed.

To use this service you will have to pay a small fee. It's inexpensive though and you can find companies that only charge a one-time flat fee that gives you access to unlimited searches. You will only be billed once and can then run a search on as many phone numbers as you want.

Go through the entire list of phone numbers and run a search on each one. As you are doing this make sure to write down the information you find out about each one on the same sheet of paper.

When you are done this step you will have information on exactly who your spouse has been talking to on their phone. When you have this information in front of you it's going to be easy to spot anything that looks out of the ordinary. Anything suspicious will jump off the page at you.

A nice part about using this method is that your spouse will never know that you are doing your own little "investigation". It's an entirely confidential way of looking into whether or not your spouse is being unfaithful.
